221 Club: Personal Training & Nutrition offers the highest quality of personal strength training and nutrition guidance. We provide time proven, safe and effective strength training techniques and the dedication of a team of educated and experienced personal trainers. The name 221 Club symbolizes not only the physical address of our facility, 221 East Main Street, but also the implication of being a part of an exclusive health and fitness club.
In our effort to make sure that 221 Club is NOT perceived as just another ‘gym’, our team of trainers strive to create an atmosphere where ALL clients are guided thru one on one, personal strength and/or cardiovascular training sessions, provided with nutrition education, and taught real life techniques to bring true transformation to their personal lives.
221 Club welcomes anyone who is looking for a non intimidating, safe, fun, yet effective health and fitness program. We want you to know that we understand that your health is a personal journey, but it is not meant to be done alone.
221 PERSONAL TRAINERS
Christina Zito I Manager
Christina has been a Personal Trainer since 2003. She has been a Manager since 2008,
and eventually became part owner of the 221 Club facility in 2012. Christina’s passion for
fitness and nutrition has spanned over 30 years and is continually growing.
When she’s not in the gym she spends her time reading, enriching her personal education on health and fitness, traveling, hiking, running, spending time with family and caring for her dog Roux- who is a cute, cuddly presence in the gym.
David has been a Personal Trainer with 221 Club since 2009. He has over twenty years of experience in the fitness and health industry. He's worked with many different clients from all walks of life during his career.
When David is not busy helping people achieve their fitness goals, he can usually be found on a yoga mat, practicing martial arts, riding his bicycle, or running on one of his favorite trails. He's also an avid reader of non-fiction and enjoys learning as much as he can about anything and everything that has to do with fitness, health, nutrition, and longevity.
Richard has been a Personal Trainer with 221 Club since 2008. He has passionate about fitness since grade school. He obtained a B.S. in Culinary Nutrition at Johnson & Wales University and studied Personal Training & Coaching at Hofstra University.
Richard has lost over 70 lbs himself. Hobbies of his are cooking and spending time outdoor, as well as watching stand up comedy and going
to music festivals.
Christian has been a Personal Trainer with 221 Club since 2013. The fitness industry is his passion and he enjoys helping clients achieve their goals.
He specializes in strength and conditioning, as well as, interval cardio training.
He was student athlete at Wesleyan University and has earned Masters from St. John’s University. He also coaches football and lacrosse at Cold Spring Harbor High School. He enjoys spending time with his wife, dogs and cat. His hobbies include exercising, fishing, hiking, sports, outdoor sports, movies and history and word is, that he can cook a “mean steak”.
Holly has been a Personal Trainer with 221 Club since 2008. She has spent the past thirty years maintaining a healthy lifestyle through strength and cross training, as well as in practicing martial arts, and of course, following a disciplined diet. She enjoys inspiring people to live happier, healthier lives through exercise, proper eating, and minimizing unnecessary stresses by keeping a positive attitude.
Prior to becoming a trainer,
Holly trained in, and was an instructor of various martial art styles for 13 years and even taught kickboxing while working in the accounting field. She has used her knowledge and experience to help clients feel better and stronger, regardless of age or ability.
